The room and facilities themselves were absolutely fantastic, a real 5 star feel. The villa had a personal private pool of good size. There was a TV with Netflix, a fridge and freezer, bath and a notably comfortable and luxurious bed. The private pool was a luxurious add-on, big enough to swim for fitness. The location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk from Petinget beach and near several very good local restaurants. Breakfast was good with the best coffee we had at any hotel. The staff were hit and miss, but Gdey deserves specific mention for being absolutely fantastic.

The best part was the balcony and private pool, perfect for enjoying the sunny Bali weather. As a solo traveler, I felt pampered and spoiled.

The only thing I didn't love was the hot tub in the private bathroom. It wasn't really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

I chose Del Cielo Villa Seminyak specifically because of its convenient location near the METIS Gallery & Boutiques. I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle bus service and the 24-hour reception, which made my stay even more convenient. Additionally, having parking available and the option for airport transfer service were great amenities to have. I also enjoyed the Continental and American breakfast options offered every morning.

The service and condition of the property were not up to par with a 5-star experience. The cleaning standards were poor, with lizard droppings in the room and shower.

I always return to this wonderful place. The staff's sweet attitude towards my old parents made a great first impression. Del Cielo Villa Seminyak suits me perfectly with its amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, parking, and an outdoor pool. Can't wait to come back this weekend!

Honestly, the best hospitality we have come across.
